Each group of children has a Lead Teacher, who has a minimum of a Child Development Associate Degree, Technical Certificate of Credit in Early Childhood, or an Associate’s Degree or higher, or Early Childhood Education along with some experience in working with that age group. Documented hours within a child care environment will be taken into consideration. Lead Teac hers are responsible for programming and the overall quality of care in their area. Must have strong organizational skills. Strong sense of deadlines and meeting them. Good communication is a must with both Staff Director and parents. Able to organize and assign tasks as needed to Assistants. Be professional to Parents and display the character of the Center. Must be able to impute information into our in-house Administration App.
